This question has been asked many times, in today's post I will tell you why fast food is unhealthy.
First of all, lets make one thing clear which is the following, in today's society no one really cares about ''YOUR'' health, it's all about money. Now for instance, if you think that Mc Donald cares about your health, then you're very wrong, all they care about is money. Now you can understand that if a company doesn't care about your own health they wouldn't mind selling you food that lacks in proteins and vitamins.
Okay, so lets get to my top 10 list of why it's so unhealthy. In this post I'll post 5 and in the upcoming post I'll post the other 5 reasons.
1. Junk food causes Obesity.
Fast food is simply high in calories and it contains a lot of fats that are unhealthy for your body. In today's society we see that 1 in 10 people have obese. We also see a high bad cholesterol level in our bodies and they are very hard to cut down, it causes a lot of problems to the human body, including heart incompatibilities.
2. Increased sugar levels.!

The fast food we buy contains a lot of sugar. Sugar is very unhealthy for your body if you eat too much of it, a normal sugar dose is impossible to get in 2014, by simply eating 1 meal at the Mc Donald your body will get too much sugar in and the consequences will follow.
3. Quick and dead food..
Junk food is actually just quick and dead food, it doesn't contain useful stuff for our body, we just eat it to ''feel full'' while this is incorrect in most cases. We think we are full after eating a meal at the local fast food restaurant, but after 30 min you will feel hungry again and you will eat something again.
4. More salty and spicy…
Fast food contains WAY too much salt and spices added. Salt in a normal amount is healthy, but fast food restaurants use a lot of salt and don't be surprised that both sugar and salt are very bad for the human health. Spices can also be very unhealthy! So please be sure that you do not get too much salt, sugar or spices!
5. High Calorie content.
Fast food contains too many calories, as you might know we need around 400-600 calories in a normal healthy meal. But this junk food meal provides us about 200 calories more than a normal meal. These extra calories are accumulated in the body and are not used to release energy .These calories get collected in the blood vessel and will lead increased pressure in heart, to pump the blood
